For going on 30 years, Dance of the Letters Writing Center has offered writing groups and private writing sessions for children, teens, women and men—inspiring writers from 8 to 86.
Ani Tuzman, Director, is passionate about writing and its power to yield deep insight and joy. She is committed to providing emotionally safe and aesthetically beautiful spaces where writers can turn within, create, and share their creations in community.
Located in Amherst, MA for two decades, Dance of the Letters now makes its home* in the serene farm community of Hatfield, MA, just across the Connecticut River (a scenic 20-25 minute ride) from Amherst, and minutes from Northampton.
*Some Groups take place in Amherst or Northampton. Please inquire.
“Custom” Groups and Workshops are now being offered:
*Consultation and on-site workshops, assisting teachers and parents in inspiring creative expression in children and teens.
*Special focus groups for Grieving Children; Parents of Differently-Abled Persons; Empty Nesters, etc., introduce writing for healing, awareness, and self-expression. “Custom”groups for particular populations can be designed.
*Online Writing Groups are currently being planned. Stay tuned for news.
